This tutorial provides a high-level walkthrough of LabKey longitudinal research studies. It focuses on data collection, quality control, and dashboards and reports available. The walkthrough uses a publicly available online example study.
The online example provides a (fictional) research effort examining how HIV affects the immune system. The researchers have completed these phases of the project:
- Collected basic demographic and physiological data from the study participants.
- Performed a number of blood tests and assays on the participants over time.
- Imported and configured the clinical, mechanistic, and other data into a study in LabKey Server.
- Created custom built reports to analyze the results.
