I am have two questions about the protein prophet compare report.
1. The Venn diagram reports the number of proteins in each category. There can be multiple proteins in a protein group so the report is counting a lot of redundant information. Is there a way for it to count only the groups.

2. On the same report, if you click on the run group link it goes to a 404 error run not found. The links URL is missing the the run and the groupNumber.

Hi Bill,

You're correct on how the graph is counting. Right now it's consistent with the counts from protein-level grid below, but it's probably not the most useful in terms of the Venn diagram. I'll open a bug to potentially add a toggle in the future.

I haven't been able to reproduce the problem with the run group link. Are you seeing it in the Venn diagram portion of the page, or the grid at the bottom? Can you reproduce it here on labkey.org and send me the link?

Hi Josh,
I wasn't able to reproduce the error at your site either (although, I did notice that on your site the peptides from the protein group and the coverage are not shown when following a group link). I'm accessing the group link from the Protein Prophet(Query) Compare report from the grid portion of the form.
