I am glad that you like this feature. Can you provide us with more information the additional options you would like to have available?

- Do you want more options/flexibility in the choosing the Run Filters or the Results Filters?

- Which additional filters would you like to have available?

- Are you looked to have additional results columns available for exporting?

- After you have selected the runs and results filter, do you then export the results to excel or do you work with the results in the preview pane (ie you use the Preview Results button)?

Thanks very much for your prompt response. I am more interested in results filters which allow customization, similar to the functionality in Query web part for customizing views for peptides and proteins. User not only can define their filter rules, but also can choose any of available columns in the database. I also use both preview results and export data to excel depending on the need.
