CPAS 8.1 New Features Webinar


We recently hosted a webinar to talk about the new CPAS features that will be part of 8.1. The list includes:
  • Better FASTA and Uni-Prot XML protein database support
  • Peptide Search
  • New MS1 functionality, including MS1/MS2 linking
  • Run groups and improved MS2 comparisons
  • Label free quantitation using spectra counting
