Installing TPP on LabKey 16.2 Community Edition

Installing TPP on LabKey 16.2 Community Edition mainbp  2016-08-31 09:01

I have been tasked with installing TPP (Trans Proteomic Pipeline) under Labkey 16.2 running on Windows Server 2012. The documentation on LabKey refers to TPP 4.6.3 but the current version is 4.8. The docs also point to the TPP source which is apparently not available. Can the TPP v4.8.0 .exe Installer version be used and if so, what process needs to be followed? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brian,

Can you provide me with a link to the documentation where it states that TPP 4.6.3 is listed in LabKey docs that you're having issues with?

So the last version we did test successfully was TPP 4.6.3

We usually are okay with newer versions, but they will sometimes introduce some new incompatibilities that we weren't prepared for. Thankfully, these issues are easy to fix for us.

We haven't done any new testing on 4.8.0, but we encourage you to use it and if you run into any issues, please let us know.
