Although this might be an obvious question, but have you tried restarting the server itself?

You mean to say that tomcat server?
Yes, i have tried to restart the server, but it says no java home path is set. so do i need to mention environment variable for jdk or change the configuration file of tomcat?
In case, I have jdk installed in program file/java and one jre mentioned inside the labkey server. |

It worked for me.
The Server has started and finally after restarting the machine.
Services Became up.
