Deleting Specimens

Hello,

I cannot delete specimens and get the following error: "Specimen may not be deleted because it has been used in a request."

Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi Marcia,

Are you in the Specimen Details page under the Specimen Repository Settings section under the Manage tab of the study?

Is the specimen repository editable? Can you provide us with a screenshot of the issue you're seeing?

Hello, Yes I am in the correct section. Yes, specimen repository is editable.

What is the status of that specific specimen? Is it in a Final State?
