Hi Ashoka,

Site Administrators are shown a special option when posting a message to a board that lets them email all site users with the content of the message. This is probably the easiest option.

Site Administrators could also export the Site Users list (Manage Site->Site Users) to Excel or a TSV file, copy the email addresses to an external email program, and send the message that way.
