Hi,

I run x!Tandem through CPAS. I would like to export the intensity value for each matched fragment ion.

I know if I click the peptide, it will open a new window showing the detailed info with spectral graph. But is there an easy way for me just to download the intensity values?

Thanks,

Ping

Title: Grap fragment ion intensity from search results
Ping,

I am sorry to say that CPAS does not have method to download/export the intensity values for a set of peptides. The intensity values are only exposed on a per peptide basis on the page which shows the peptide detailed info and the spectral graph.

Is this a feature you would like to see added to CPAS as you expect to be using the intensity values in your current and future research?

Thank you,

Brian Connolly

Hi Brian,

Thanks for responding my message.

Yes, it will be great that we can download intensity values associating with peptides.

Thanks,
