Do you want to see all the runs, not only in the subfolders of the given project, but also in all projects(and their respective subfolders) on the server?

As you found out, you can see all the runs in a given project in the MS2 Experiment Runs webpart via either
 - the Show Hierarchy button or
 - Using the folder filter (see the "Folder Filter Interface" section at https://www.labkey.org/wiki/home/Documentation/page.view?name=manageViews (bottom of the page))


You can use the Runs Overview webpart to see a list of all the runs in all the projects. See https://www.labkey.org/wiki/home/Documentation/page.view?name=runsOverview Please note that this webpart was designed for exporting the MS2 runs and thus lacks much of the functionality in the MS2 Experiment Runs webpart.
