I'm trying to search for peptide sequences containing specific modifications using the peptide search feature but it doesn't appear to be working. I've tried *'* and some of the returned peptides don't have this character at all.

Hi Lisa,

The peptide search feature discards any input characters that aren't a letter or *, so it's ignoring your single quote.

However, to accomplish your intended search, you can search for *, and then add a filter to the Peptide column. Choose Contains from the drop-down of filter types, and enter ' in the text field.
